There are no customer stories on this page yet, because we will not publish one until a pilot property has lived with Flakk and agreed to be named. Here is exactly what a pilot looks like instead.
Set up with you, not handed over.
We do the setup together: units, rates, channels, your acquirer, and the house rules the guest line answers from. Flakk runs alongside your current system until you are ready to switch, and you have a direct line to the people building it.

Gates you can hold us to.
Each gate is a check we pass together before going further. If one isn’t met, we stop and fix it, or you leave.
- Day 14 · Mirror check. Flakk matches your current calendar for every unit and every night.
- Day 45 · Live running. No double-bookings, invoices reconcile with your acquirer’s payouts, and every guest-line call has been reviewed.
- Day 60 · Your decision. Stay on a plan, or leave with your data.
Leaving is easy.
You can stop at any gate. You get a full export of bookings, guests, invoices, ledger and register in open formats. We delete the rest on request, apart from the accounting records Icelandic bookkeeping law requires us to keep.
