Terms & conditions
These terms govern use of Flakk ("the Service") provided by Flakk ehf. (kt. 123456-7890, Laugavegur 10, 101 Reykjavík).
Subscription
Subscriptions are monthly, billed in Icelandic króna, auto-renewing until cancelled. You can cancel from account settings at any time; service runs through the end of the paid period.
Uptime SLA
99.95% monthly uptime guarantee. Credit of one day of service for every 1% below SLA, up to 100% of the monthly fee.
Your data
You own your data. We provide full export on request in SQL, JSON, or CSV. We delete your data within 90 days of subscription termination unless you ask us to retain it longer (Icelandic bookkeeping law requires 7-year retention of accounting records).
Our data
We may use aggregated, anonymised performance data (uptime, response times, feature usage counts across all customers) to improve the Service. No customer-identifying data is included.
Fair-use
API access: 1,000 requests/minute per account on Basic, 5,000 on Advanced, uncapped on Growth. Email sending: 50,000 per month per property on all plans.
Governing law
Icelandic law. Disputes to the District Court of Reykjavík (Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur).
